The Green Dragon - Functions

Complementing our Traditional Pub trade, The Green Dragon is also equipped as a venue for most types of Private and Corporate Function.

Our private function facilities are situated to the rear of the Pub, beside our spaceous Car Park.

This allows us to offer a quieter setting where you can relax without fear of disturbing the clientelle in the Pub, or indeed the local villagers.

The separate function facilities allow us to host traditional pub team and social events such as skittles - and equally - public entertainment events such as discos and dances - making us an important social centre to Market Lavington and the surrounding villages.

We can pretty much tailor and equip the room to match your requirements. For example, the venue is ideal for corporate events such as large off-site meetings, or even seminars and training courses.

However, it's equally adaptable for hosting a wedding reception, or perhaps a celebration for birthdays, anniversaries etc...

It's also ideal for use as a Private Dining Room.

Finally - an important factor when planning any event is parking, and whilst we have our own sizeable car park to the rear of the Inn, we're also situated opposite the village Market Square - which makes a useful overflow.
