Colin and Liz offer bed and breakfast guests a lovely home in a uniquely beautiful setting. The cottage is situated in a very peaceful hamlet of four houses - a mile off the main road. We have created a relaxing and secluded haven for you to enjoy in this 200 year old cottage on the southern fringes of the Cotswolds. Log fires warm you in winter and in summer you can eat in the cool shade of the arbour or dine by candlelight in the conservatory where limestone flags are spread with Persian rugs. The garden is exceptional and has been featured in various magazines and books. Vegetables and herbs from our kitchen garden are used extensively. Bedrooms are light, quiet and extremely comfortable and benefit from lovely views.

Colin, having retired from the Paper Industry now enjoys the time to use his artistic skills to paint from his studio in the garden. Liz worked in the fashion trade before becoming a full time Mum and it was then that her fascination for gardening began. Her interest in food comes from a Cordon Bleu training and she is always happy to cook to your dietary needs.

The historic town of Malmesbury is approx 5 miles away and claims to be the oldest borough in England. King Athelstan - the first King of England is buried in the Abbey which is well worth a visit.

Children are welcome over the age of 12, or babies under the age of I year.
